It's been a busy start to the season for us! The season is well underway and we are seeing kids playing with smiles on their faces and developing their skills. Port Moody SC achieves Canada Soccer National Youth License and joins BCSPL league

By joining the BCSPL Port Moody SC will be able to offer a complete pathway to all our members, from recreational level to high performance. This pathway allows us to ensure our members can play in their community, regardless of playing at the recreational level, or on pathways to BC Provincial teams, Whitecaps, and National Team. By having this option from now on, more players will be able to remain playing at our club and more will also join. BC Soccer identified not being able to play sports in community clubs as one of the major reasons kids drop out of sports – so we are very excited about the opportunities we are able to offer, and the benefits that will be seen at Recreational and Divisional / High-Performance levels. Only 13 other clubs in British Columbia (2 on the Island, 1 in the Interior, and 10 in the Lower Mainland) have this pathway that Port Moody SC now does. Very excited, and showcases our strengths and where we are in the soccer world.
Trasolini Turf Update
The Trasolini Turf replacement project is well underway and is due to be completed by the end of October. At the moment drainage is being updated and completed, and soon some underlay and turf will be visible. We are excited and looking forward to having our players back on Trasolini, to play on the brand-new turf.
Inlet Field Project Update
In November we should be able to see some work started on the Inlet field project and we are looking forward to having the third turf field completed in the near future.
PMSC Fall 2022/23 Jerseys
Our new Jerseys are looking very sharp and we are very grateful to Soccer Express for working hard to ensure we had everything in time, and we would also like to thank all our volunteers on making sure all was handed out on time, and our players were ready to have fun on the field while developing their soccer skills.
PMSC Team Photo Day Reminder
Photo Day weekend is coming up October 22/23. Team coaches will be registering the team for a time slot. Remember to smile!
