We believe that Long Term Player Development does not occur in a straight line, but rather that each player develops at their own pace, and at a unique time. We believe that year-round evaluations of our players give us much better knowledge of their strengths and provide us with more data to support our informed decision-making.

The strength of our club is that we have some very knowledgeable and experienced staff, who know that players learn the best when playing with smiles on their faces. Our staff coaches know all our players very well and they provide communication to our players throughout the year and also work with ALL teams (development and recreational).

If you are interested in playing on one of our competitive teams, please register for Player Identification. Teams will be based on yearlong evaluations and player identification of new players. Year-long evaluations help us ensure all players are playing at the appropriate level, as Long Term Player Development, player enjoyment, and engagement are best when a player is playing at their level, at that moment in time. Each player is unique and develops at a different rate at different times.

All new players to the club wanting to play Development, BCSPL, Metro, or Division 1 and 2, will need to sign up to attend  Player Identification Session.
